The good news is, that Drobo is sending me a new powersupply. The bad news is, that I have no idea how long it will take to get here, and.. if it even fixes the problem.

For now I have tried to wrap the powerbrick up as good as I can in clothing to dampen the highpitch noise, but it's only taking the very edge off.. Earplugs are go!
