'Free' as in 'sure, you can use this service, but one way or another we own you'.
I've lost count of how many bugreports I've filed for seamingly simple things, and only one followup to a very old post.
Perhaps one should apply for one of the many job openings they have. I might not have all the skill required, but I sure as h... would love to be assigned to debug specific things that apparently don't get any attention.. (and I would kick ass, yes I would).
'Unfortunately' I already have the best job in the world, so.. too bad. Just gotta keep filing those bugreports and hope for a change.
