yum
Sliced potatoes, turned over in oil with thyme and salt in the bottom of the oven. Veal, smeared with oil with garlic, salt and pepper. Roasted in the oven for approximately an hour. Yum!

and I'm pretty sure that the packaging said 'from a young cow'.. or something. It was late when I made this and didn't bother looking up 'cuvette'
