#395 - 2010-02-12 - napping
It can be a little confusing when I change from working the morning shift on thursday and then to the double shift from friday afternoon until saturday morning. The ideal thing would be to sleep early thursday, wake up at 2-3am and sleep again from 7-8am until 1pm.
That's the ideal anyway.. I slept from somewhere shortly before 8pm until 5am. Man, I needed that nap..
