Ok, this is not entirely what happened, but maybe something close? It's a followup to this btw.
I'm afraid I'm doing too many details, but then again - while drawing, I like to see how a few strokes suddenly turns into a nice hairdo (shoot! now I have to work on the hair for my male characters too).
